my Great Devices

I've started my blog in LiveJournal several years ago under impression of the Great Device I've bought - smartphone Nokia E61. That was the really Great Device for 2006! I've choosed it as the replacement for my notebook - and Nokia E61 permits me do everything I need to do on the notebook. Even J2Me programming. Nokia E61 starts my travel into R&D world of wearable computers.

In 2010 I found another Great Device - smartphone Nokia N900. Nokia many times tells about their cellulars as "pocket multimedia computers". That was not seriously. Until N900 appears. That was the real full functional pocket computer that brings freedom to the programmer - as "big" linux computer does. The first and - helas! - the last pocket computer from Nokia. Not "almost computer" - but the real one. And N900 becomes the kernel, the heart of AR-Go - my wearable computer I've built. AR-Go helps me in my bike trips as wearable navigator. But that's another story... N900 becomes the next hero of my blog - after E61.

Now I've found the next Great Device - Epson Moverio BT-200. That's very exciting gadget with interesting (and needed for me) abilities. This fantastic device inspiring me to write about it!
