В принципе, это, как я понимаю, несанкционированные платежи опротестовываются и деньги возвращаются? Как я понимаю, именно продавцы должны доказывать вашу покупку, демонстрируя чеки с вашей подписью. В спорных случаях - графологическая экспертиза.
